Humpback whale hunting
For the first time in more than 25 years Greenland is again hunting the Humpback whale (Pukkelhval. Megaptera novaeangliae.) This big one 12,8 meters long was shot in Nuuk the 27th of September 2010.
After it was shot, it was pulled to a reef and cut up, before it was sold at the local market.
